What is
Wellness Coaching?

Wellness coaching is distinct from Therapy in that it focuses less on mental health issues and more on personal and professional development and wellbeing, including strategies for setting and achieving goals while cultivating the passion and motivation needed to achieve them.

 

In Therapeutic Fitness, adding Wellness Coaching to a personal fitness practice provides a creative space to explore the deeper influences of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences on the quality of your health.

 

It is also a space that can support you in re-training your brain in ways that allow you to maximize its full power to heal and sustain the body. We believe that health is not just about physical fitness; it's about nurturing the mind, body, and soul in harmony. Our life coaching approach is a dynamic blend of empowerment, guidance, and support, ensuring you flourish in every facet of your life.

  • Submit a "Booking Services" Request 

  • Inlcude a message with a the services you are interested in

  • Recieve a response from us within 24 hours 

  • Review and sign coaching agreement 

  • Complete payment

  • Confirm session date

While we offer both remote and in-person coaching services, we currently do not have any physical location to host any coaching sessions. Most coaching sessions are hosted through a secure online meeting platform or in a location of your choice.
