Yassine Kaini

Hello! I'm Yassine Kaini, your Internationally Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach at Therapeutic Fitness.

 

Originally from Morocco, I bring the rich cultural heritage of my upbringing into my unique approach to health and fitness. I believe in creating not just fitness plans, but meaningful experiences that bring us together as partners in health and wellness. 

My journey in life has taught me the importance of connecting mindful development with physical health and I am passionate about the interconnectedness of life and how it plays a crucial role in our overall well-being.

 

My goal is to use these diverse perspectives to infuse healthy practices with fun and inspiration. I believe that, in the "recipe" of life, fun is the spice that turns our obligations into our richest opportunities for growth. 

My Fit Philosophy

It's All About Movement

Fitness doesn't have to look like what you see on TV or social media....fitness doesn't have to 'fit' into any kind of box because, ultimately, fitness is all about movement. 

That means you are allowed to get as creative as you want with the type of movement you bring into your life and my goal is to help you find some new ways to get moving that are enjoyable, sustainable, and effective. If you prefer a traditional approach, or something completely different, we will work together to find the best type of movement for you. 

 

Being truly healthy is about more than looking good or building healthy habits, it's about connecting with the deeper meaning and purpose of the practices that build health.

Molly Stillwell, PhD

Co-Founder & CEO

Hello and welcome! I'm Dr. Molly Stillwell and I have spent the last ten years studying the psychology of how and why we change

 

In my doctoral research, I developed a theory about how to change with purpose. As a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Institute for Research and Theory Methodologies, I have continued to develop this research into a unique and effective method that now informs my one-of-a-kind approach to life coaching.

Grounded in data from real people who have turned change into success, and informed by perspectives of humanistic and Jungian psychology, my approach is focused on identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing their positive outcomes. 

We will work together to identify goals related to the aspects of life that you care about most, cultivate a mindset of growth, and build inspiring action plans to help make those goals a reality.

Embracing change can be challenging, yet it is an essential part of life, pivotal to our personal growth and success.

By actively shaping change with intention, we transform into architects of our destiny, harnessing these moments as stepping stones toward realizing our fullest potential.

Cultivating a mindset of curiosity is a powerful first step in this journey. When we approach our experiences and emotions with inquisitive eyes, we unlock questions that lead us to profound insights about our identity and behaviors.

 

Without creating a regular practice of honest self-inquiry, it can be more difficult to alter the root causes of our behavior and achieve sustainable and meaningful evolution in life. 

My goal is to support you in achieving the dreams you have for your life by helping you embrace experiences of change and utilize them for transformative personal development.
